Lufthansa InTouch Brno delivers customer service for Lufthansa markets in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe. Our Customer Consultants operate in 12 different languages.
We are situated in modern and attractive place in the center of Brno – Spilberk office park on Holandska 1, Czech Republic.
 
What is the job about?
Our Customer Service Consultants are primary contact for Lufthansa passengers. They are handling telephone calls regarding flight connections, flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonus frequent flyer programs, telephone check-in, sale of tickets and a lot more. We usually communicate with our passengers in German the rest of the calls is in English.
