1. Upon arrival at the EXPO CENTER, Inc. should go to the office no. 1220, where you will be forwarded assembly passes, exhibitor passes, parking passes, reports, invitations to opening ceremony and catalog of exhibitors.
These can be picked up from 8th to 12th 10 at the time of 8:00 to 17:00 h.
2. Mount exposure - companies that have their own technical implementation can begin with the installation:
8.10. (Thursday) 7:00 to 21:00 h
9.10. (Friday) 7:00 to 21:00 h
10.10. (Saturday) 7:00 to 21:00 h
11.10. (Sunday) 7:00 to 21:00 h
12.10. (Monday) 7:00 to 18:00 h
After crossing the specified time will be charged a fee 40, - € (+ 20% VAT).
When installing each worker must be coded assembling card € 33 / pcs (+ 20% VAT). Otherwise, it will be fined € 200
(+ VAT).
From own realizations require:
* Submitted in two copies project exposure with an emphasis on bringing mark the locations water and electricity
connections and electrical project (project sent to 11.9 in 2015)
* announce a date of installation and gentle removal
* bail for an area of 150, - € for each company.
Without an agreed project of a security it will not be possible to begin the installation.
3. For fertilizing exposure exhibits is a deadline 12.10. 7:00 to 18:00 h
After crossing the specified time will be charged a fee 40, - € (+ 20% VAT).
4. Removal exposure begins immediately after the exhibition 16.10 (Friday) after 3:00 p.m. to 22:00 h
and will continue 17.10. (Saturday) 8:00 to 18:00 h
18.10. (Sunday) 8:00 to 16:00 h
5. To ensure handling equipment we ask you to notice the weight and dimensions exhibits, the time of landing, as well
as the Required equipment - to 18.9. 2015
6. On 12.10. at 17:00 will take place within the assessment of exposures competitions for the best exposure Fair ELOSYS
2015. The evaluation will cover all the exposure and the best ones will be together with their authors announced and awarded
at the opening ceremony of the fair 13.10. 2015 at 10.00 h.
7. The advance invoice for the lease, technical implementation and services ordered must be paid so that you can justify
the payment of statement of account and a photocopy handed over at the onset of the fair. For the case of payment
in cash will be available in cash pav. no. 1, first floor.
8. Possibility of accommodation - we offer accommodation with discount for clients EXPO CENTER as visit www.elosys.sk,
in the folder "visitors".
