Trenčín welcomes professionals from electrical engineering, electronics, and power engineering.
From the October 13th to 16th, Trenčín’s exhibition area will become the place where the 15th anniversary international electrical engineering, electronics, and power engineering fair ELO SYS will held. On the area of 12 300 m2, 275 exhibitors from domestic and foreign market will present their products and services. Thanks to the long-term visitation of exhibitors, the fair grows into the most distinguished and biggest event in Slovak Republic during its 15th history. Furthermore, it is internationally recognized event and the holiday of electrical engineers in Slovakia. For the first time, firms from Taiwan will be presented and represented by TEEMA during this year's exhibition ELO SYS 2009. TEEMA is the most professional industrial company in Taiwan that represents interests of electrical and electronics companies and offers affiliation between customers, companies and government.
This year’s anniversary fair ELO SYS will offer new products and services from Slovak as well as foreign companies that facilitate the development of electrical and power engineering industry in the country. The fair will attend foreign companies from Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Taiwan, Great Britain, France, Germany, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The fair ELO SYS is the place where also well-known multi-national corporations are presented by their Slovak representatives every year. The firms like SEZ Krompachy, ABB, HASMA, IES, LAPP KABEL, RITTAL, SIEMENS with its sub company SAT Systems, SCHRACK TECHNIK, PPA CONTROL and more will introduce products and services with the biggest expositions.
Also this year, the auspices upon the fair were taken by the Slovak Ministry of Economy. Professional supervisors of the fair - Slovak University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, the Association of Electrotechnical Industry of the Slovak Republic, the Slovak Association of Electrical Engineers, the Guild of Electrical Engineers of Slovakia, the Union of Slovak Electric Engineers – Chamber of the Slovak Electricians, and Slovenské elektrárne a.s – contributed a lot to a current high standard of the ELO SYS fair. With their co-operation, a wide choice of simultaneous events takes place again. To ensure the professional level of the fair, the number of qualified visitors is necessary. This year, more than 15 000 business invitations were sent to experts in this topic.
The innovation in the simultaneous program is “Hungary day” with its professional supervision Embassy of Hungary – business agency.
The “Electrical Engineering Product of the Year”, “Most Successful Exhibition of the ELO SYS Fair”, “Designer of the Year”, and “Unique Product of the Year” competitions announced by the Association of Electrotechnical Industry of the Slovak Republic are a part of the ELO SYS fair undoubtedly. Participation in these competitions has become a prestigious issue for exhibiting companies. The Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Telecommunications conference initiated and professionally sponsored by the Slovak University of Technology, has also its irreplaceable position in an accompanying program. During the three days, the conference will offer following lectures divided into sections: industrial and applied informatics, power engineering and high-tension electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunications. They also prepared two more events this year – a seminar of experts of electrical engineering branches and the 4th “Days of Mobile Robotics”. “Panel discussion SEZ – KES”, seminars “Electricity effectively – utilization of photovoltic technologies – possibilities and constraints” and “Cooperating meeting of firms in the area of electrical engineering industry”, and lecture “PHILIPS” will also be included in the simultaneous program. A gala evening accompanied by a rich cultural program is prepared for exhibitors as a tradition. |
