1. After your arrival please come to the office No. 1220, , where you receive assembly
    licences, Admission cards for entry  and drive in the exhibition area for exhibits delivery,
    Parking cards, Protocols, Invitations for Opening ceremony, Invitations for Gala dinner and
    Exhibition Catalogue.
    All these things you can get  from 3th to 8th October  8.00 – 18.00

2. Exposition installation – companies which carry out stand assembly themselves
    can start assembly

    3. 10.  (Wednesday)   7.00 – 21.00                       
    4. 10.  (Thursday)        7.00 – 21.00                        
    5. 10.  (Friday)              7.00 – 21.00        
    6. 10.  (Saturday)         7.00 – 21.00 
    7. 10.  (Sunday)            7.00 – 21.00
    8. 10.  (Monday)            7.00 – 19.00 

   Ater  set time is the fee 40,- €  (+ 20 % WAT) charged.
  
   Companies/Exhibitors which carry out stand assembly themselves or through their
   supplier/s are obliged to:  
 
   * submit the project of the exposition in 2 copies including project of electric installations 
     and delineation of all connecting points for electricity and water  (deadline:  31.8. 2011)
   * announce the dates of assembly and dismantling of the stand (deadline:  31.8.2012)
   * deposit 150,-EUR per each company as guarantee for the space. If the rented space 
      is restored to the original condition after dismantling, the deposit will be paid back in full
      amount to the company (exhibitor/supplier).

   Beginning of the stand assembly without approved project and  deposit is not alloved.

3. Exhibits can be installed in exhibitions  7. - 8. 10.  from 7.00 to 20.00
    After set time the fee 35,- € (+ 20 % WAT) is charged.

4. Stand/exhibition dismantling should immediately begin after the exhibition ending
    12.10. (Friday)      from 15.00 to 22.00
    and can continue
    13.10. (Saturday) from 8.00 to 18.00
    14.10. (Sunday)   from 8.00 to 18.00

 
5. For the handling equipment supply we are asking you for early information on weight
   and dimensions of exhibits, time of unloading and type of requested handling equipment. 
   (deadline: before 15.9.2012)

6. On 8th October  at 17.00 will be carried out evaluation of expositions  within the
    competition „The best ELO SYS 2012 Exhibition“
. All exhibitions will be assessed. The best
    exhibitions and their designers will be awarded at the Fair Opening Ceremony on
    9 th October 2012.

7.  Exhibitor should be able to prove the settlement of the pro forma invoice for space rental,
     stand assembly and ordered services by the abstract of the bank account and to give
     over the copy of thereof at the accession to the exhibition
. Possible cash payments
     can be done at the cash desk in Pavilion No. 1 – the 1st floor.
